Representing clients in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metropolitan area and greater Minnesota communities, Tiffany Kaproth is a Minnesota native and fifteen-year resident of the Twin Cities. Graduate of the G.R. Herberger College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems, the first leg of her professional career was as an IT Project Manager where she led teams in various software development initiatives.
Tiffany’s passion for real estate and home design began to blossom in her early twenties. She obsessed over anything that aired on HGTV and yearned to someday own a home of her own. Her dream came true when she purchased her first house in 2010. She made it her home for several years before turning it into her first investment property.
Looking for a change and acknowledging her passion for real estate, she decided to leave the IT world and make the jump to the world of buying and selling homes. Tiffany received her real estate license in early 2020. She is an active member of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® and also belongs to the Minnesota Real Estate Investors Association.
Tiffany currently calls the Savage/Prior Lake area home. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her with friends and family including boating, summer and winter spear fishing, “up north” retreats, trekking through the woods and downhill skiing. She’s also known to enjoy a fine glass of red wine and a medium rare ribeye steak.
Tiffany is beyond excited to begin this new chapter of her career and looks forward to helping selling, buying and investing clients list and/or purchase their first home, forever home, retirement oasis, lakeside cabin, fixer upper or cash flowing rental -- whatever perfectly aligns and supports their aspirations for the future!

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. I can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.
